Announcement of Dentist Dr. Akiyama's Personnel Transfer

We would like to inform you of a personnel transfer within our organization.

Dr. Masanori Akiyama, who has been working as a part-time doctor at Nishiojima Medical Clinic, will be exclusively assigned to Musashikoganei Medical Clinic starting from the R6 fiscal year.

As a result, Dr. Akiyama's assignment at Nishiojima Medical Clinic will end on December 24, R5.

We want to assure all our patients who have received treatment at Nishiojima Medical Clinic that we have taken steps to ensure a smooth transition of your medical records and treatment plans. Our entire clinic is well-prepared to provide continuity of care.
